Job Summary
- The Sales Associate delivers exceptional instore customer experiences while achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with curated product recommendations.
- Upsell and cross-sell products.
- Maintain store presentation and visual standards.
- Process POS transactions accurately.
- Support corporate order packaging and fulfillment.
- Capture customer data for CRM initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail experience (luxury preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
Salary
N300,000 / month
