Facility and Maintenance Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely and ensure third-party service providers deliver on assigned tasks as per scope of work.
- Ensure proper stock and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Manage all work-related safety, environment, and health matters.
Academic Qualification and Skills
- HND / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong maintenance skills.
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for building/facility.
- Attention to detail and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
