Job Summary
- We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, performance management, payroll (PAYE), reward management, and overall HR operations. Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee performance management systems
- Manage compensation and benefits
- Handle PAYE and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Develop and implement HR policies.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc qualification
- Experience managing HR in a medium-sized organization
- Manufacturing sector experience preferred
- Strong discipline and accountability.
Salary
N450,000 + Performance Incentive.
