Estate Manager – Telecom (FTTH Deployment)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an Estate Manager to coordinate access to residential and commercial estates for FTTH fiber deployment.
- The role involves engaging estate associations, landlords, and residents to secure permissions, scheduling installation teams, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain access approvals from estate associations, landlords, and residents.
- Conduct estate surveys and feasibility assessments.
- Coordinate site access for survey, civil works, and fiber installation teams.
- Resolve access-related issues and maintain documentation of approvals.
- Track deployment progress and report to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND / B.Sc in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years experience in telecom deployment, preferably FTTH/FTTx.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Right-of-Way (RoW) and local regulations is an advantage.
Salary
N300,000 / month
