Job Summary
- United Nigeria Airlines, an expanding IATA-member carrier, is entering a significant fleet and network growth phase. We seek a globally experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead safe, reliable, and cost-efficient airline operations across domestic, regional, and future intercontinental markets.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Ensure world-class safety and regulatory compliance
- Deliver competitive On-Time Performance and Completion Factor
- Optimize aircraft utilization and operational efficiency
- Oversee Flight Ops, Engineering & Maintenance, Ground Ops, OCC, Safety & Quality
- Support fleet induction and network expansion
Requirements
- 15+ years airline operational experience
- 7+ years in senior operational leadership
- Proven IOSA/NCAA/ICAO compliance experience
- Strong fleet expansion or growth-phase airline background
- Data-driven, crisis-capable leader.
