Job Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead its financial operations and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and advisory to Executive Management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and investment strategy
- Ensure regulatory compliance and financial governance
- Supervise Accounting, audit, tax functions
- Develop financial risk management
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
- Must hold a recognized professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA or its equivalent).
- Expert in financial reporting, tax regulation, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
