Key Responsibilities
• Plan and book flights, hotels, tours, holiday packages, and travel activities for clients.
• Provide expert guidance on destinations, attractions, and travel regulations.
• Handle visa applications and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Make reservations and issue airline tickets using AMADEUS.
• Design custom travel packages for individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, and visa requirements.
• Support the company’s social media presence with relevant travel insights and content ideas.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a travel agency (ticketing, visa processing, reservations).
• Proficiency in AMADEUS (mandatory) and familiarity with other GDS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Competence in basic computer applications.
• Passion for travel and willingness to learn.
• Ability to contribute to brand visibility on social media.
