Role Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to drive the planning, development, and execution of brand and product initiatives that support business growth.
- The role involves gathering market intelligence, supporting salesforce performance through effective product and brand strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product launches, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of marketing programs.
- Continuous field engagement, monitoring, and evaluation of brand activities are required to optimize performance and adapt to market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy: Identify business opportunities, drive product strategy, and support market expansion initiatives.
- Product Marketing & Communications: Develop marketing materials (print and media), prepare product presentations, coordinate expert meetings, and create training resources and promotional content.
- Field Force & Sales Support: Train and support business development teams, manage product launches and projects, develop competitive strategies, and oversee portfolio management and partnership decisions.
- Portfolio Development & Expansion: Lead new product partnerships, develop promotional materials, manage pricing strategies, and support advertising and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bsc/HND (Biological Sciences/Health Sciences), B.Pharm(Bachelors of Pharmacy) or its equivalent
- MBA or Msc in Marketing or Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales/marketing role of pharmaceutical products
