Job Summary
- Are you an experienced credit professional with strong analytical depth and a passion for risk management?
- We are currently seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications to assess creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
- Analyze financial statements, cashflows, and projections.
- Review facilities including POs, Bridge Finance, Working Capital Loans, Income Discounting, etc.
- Conduct credit bureau spooling and prepare monthly bureau reports.
- Monitor loan portfolios to detect early signs of distress or fraud.
- Prepare detailed credit analysis reports with recommendations.
- Generate weekly and monthly credit risk reports.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–10 years’ professional experience (preferably in SME loan review).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory policies and credit procedures.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management ability.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
Salary
N450,000 - N750,000 / month.
