Finance Controller

Role Overview
- The Finance Controller will lead financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, treasury management, and strategic advisory functions while ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
- Ensure regulatory, tax & IFRS compliance
- Manage treasury, cash flow & working capital
- Supervise and develop finance team members
- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- ICAN / ACCA (Mandatory)
- 7 - 10+ years progressive finance experience
- 3–5 years in a senior financial leadership role
- Strong IFRS & financial controls expertise
- Advanced Excel & financial systems proficiency.
- Preferred Industry Exposure: Manufacturing | FMCG | Financial Services | Hospitality | Consulting | Wine & Spirits | Oil & Gas.
Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
