Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and results-driven marketer to promote our bank’s products, increase customer engagement, and grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run marketing campaigns for our products and services.
- Manage social media and digital marketing efforts.
- Create content for promotions, events, and customer outreach.
- Conduct market research and track campaign results.
- Help attract new clients and maintain strong member relationships.
KPIs
- New accounts or clients acquired through marketing.
- Engagement on social media and digital campaigns.
- Number of successful campaigns or events executed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (banking experience is a plus).
- Good communication, creativity, and digital skills.
