Job Summary
- We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, increase brand visibility, and drive measurable engagement and sales through social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Supervise content creation (graphics, videos, copy).
- Manage company pages across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and provide monthly performance reports.
- Run paid ads and optimize campaigns for conversions.
- Engage with online community and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Stay updated on digital trends and algorithm changes.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
- 2–4 years experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Leadership and team coordination ability.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
