*Outlet Manager Wanted - Restaurant Business, Benin City*
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our dynamic restaurant team in Benin City. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
*Responsibilities:*
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service
- Drive revenue growth through effective upselling, promotions, and customer loyalty initiatives
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market share
- Oversee food costing, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability
- Lead and develop a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
*Requirements:*
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management/operations, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Excellent people management skills, with experience in team leadership and development
- Basic accounting background, with knowledge of financial reports and cash handling
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

*What We Offer:*
- Salary is 300,000 - 400,000 net based on experience
