Salary: ₦400,000 Net
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential and commercial projects, working closely with architects, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
1. Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for projects.
2. Prepare mood boards, space plans, 3D visualizations, and material specifications.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design alignment.
4. Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and fittings in line with project requirements.
5. Supervise site implementation to ensure designs are executed accurately.
6. Manage design revisions based on client feedback.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company guidelines.
8. Work within project budgets and timelines.
Requirements
1. HND/BSc in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Interior Designer, preferably within a construction company.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
4. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, or similar tools.
5. Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
