A reputable real estate company located in VGC, Lagos is seeking to hire two experienced Retail Marketers with a background in Commercial Banking to drive sales, build strategic client relationships, and expand its property portfolio market reach.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand high-value client acquisition, financial products, and structured sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and convert high net worth individuals and corporate clients
* Leverage commercial banking experience to attract qualified investors
* Drive property sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Conduct property presentations and investment briefings
* Structure and negotiate real estate deals professionally
* Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Requirements
* Proven experience in Commercial Banking (relationship management, retail banking, or credit marketing)
* Strong client acquisition and portfolio management skills
* Excellent negotiation and closing ability
* Experience working with high-value financial clients
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Must reside within or close to VGC, Lekki, Ajah axis
