Security Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
The Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all security operations to safeguard company personnel, assets, and facilities.
The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a solid background in security management, preferably with military or paramilitary experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Lead and supervise the security team to ensure effective daily operations.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
Manage access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and surveillance activities.
Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities.
Oversee emergency response planning and crisis management.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory security requirements.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Train and mentor security personnel to maintain high performance standards.
Requirements
Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
7 - 10 years of security experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Military, police, or paramilitary background is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in security systems and surveillance technology.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
High integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
