Job Summary
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth daily functioning, high service standards, and operational efficiency.
You will drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and ensure each outlet delivers a high standard of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all outlets to maintain operational standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service and swift resolution of complaints.
Monitor and maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
Enforce staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
Supervise inventory management, prevent wastage, and maintain accurate stock levels.
Maintain consistent product quality across all outlets.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
Coordinate with outlet managers and supervisors to ensure teamwork, accountability, and structured workflow.
Core Competencies
Prior experience in a QSR or food business is required.
3–5 years of multi-outlet operations management experience.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
Ability to enforce operational standards and drive accountability across teams.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
