Head of Operations
Location: Head Office, Jabi / Life Camp, Abuja (FCT)

Role Summary
We invite applications for the position of Head of Operations to provide strategic leadership and management for our nationwide security operations from our Abuja headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Exercise strategic oversight and direct management of all security operations across the national branch network.
Drive the achievement of key departmental performance indicators and strategic objectives.
Implement, standardize, and enforce operational protocols and procedures across all locations.
Manage the national supply chain for uniforms, operational equipment, and fleet logistics.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance inter-branch coordination and communication.
Function as the primary point of escalation for critical incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or professional certification in Security or Risk Management is advantageous.
A minimum of five (5) years in security operations, including three (3) years in a senior role with responsibility for multiple locations.
Proven expertise in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and achieving measurable performance targets.
Exceptional leadership, crisis management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Willingness to undertake regular nationwide travel.
Retired senior military or police officers with command experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be within the age range of 30 to 45 years.
