Job Summary
- As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, supervising cleaning staff, and ensuring service delivery meets agreed quality standards across client locations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Assign duties, monitor staff performance, and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules
- Inspect work areas regularly and address gaps in cleanliness, safety, or service standards
- Manage cleaning supplies, equipment usage, and incident reporting.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or facility services
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and safety standards.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
