Job Summary
- As the Production Manager, you will lead daily production activities, drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure delivery of production targets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule
- Monitor product quality and enforce quality standards
- Optimize manpower, materials, and machine utilization
- Prepare production performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Production Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or production
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of production KPIs and cost control
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Salary
N500,000 monthly.
