Frontrow Media is an officially certified TikTok agency seeking motivated TikTok Client Engagement Officers to engage with creators and support talent recruitment. The role involves identifying, communicating with, and onboarding TikTok creators into our agency. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in social media and the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with TikTok creators during live sessions
Identify and recruit potential creators to join the agency
Communicate agency benefits and onboarding process clearly
Build and maintain relationships with TikTok creators
Track and report recruitment activities
Stay updated on TikTok trends and creator activity
Requirements
Degree in a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of TikTok and social media platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and meet performance targets
No prior experience required (training provided)
Preferred Skills
Sales or recruitment skills (added advantage)
Confidence in communicating with people online
