The Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Oil & Gas Service company seeking a strategic and detailed-oriented Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will oversee the company's financial operations, drive financial strategy, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
-Oversee cash flow, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
-Provide strategic financial recommendations to the executive management team.
-Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and tax laws specific to the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector.
-Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial partners.
Requirements:
-BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
-Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CNA) is mandatory.
-Proven experience as a CFO, -Finance Manager, or Financial Controller.
-Experience within the Oil & Gas or Engineering services industry is an added advantage.
-Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
