Social Media Manager (on-site)

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, page management, audience engagement, and performance tracking, while working fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories).
Manage daily posting across social media platforms.
Build and engage an active online community.
Track and report social media performance (reach, engagement, leads).
Suggest improvements based on analytics and insights.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media trends.
Ability to create content using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work fully onsite in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
