Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to support our customer service operations by providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers.
The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience while working closely with internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional manner.
Process customer orders and provide updates on order status and delivery timelines.
Liaise with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Receive, document, and resolve customer complaints and service-related concerns.
Support returns processing and customer account reconciliation where required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow company policies and procedures in all customer service activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes through feedback and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales operations role.
Experience working in a structured or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is required.
Male preferred (for gender balance).
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
