Human Resources Officer
Location: Airport Road, Oshodi - Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for FMCG roles including sales reps, merchandisers, warehouse staff, drivers, and factory workers.
Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and deployment of staff across outlets, warehouses, and distribution points.
Implement and monitor attendance, shift schedules, resumption time, and punctuality for high-volume FMCG operations.
Support performance management processes, including KPI tracking for sales, production, and operations staff.
Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, warning letters, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company HR policies, and FMCG operational standards.
Support payroll inputs, staff records management, and HR reporting.
Work closely with operations and line managers to address manpower needs and workforce planning.
Assist with training coordination, staff development, and retention strategies within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years HR experience in the FMCG sector.
Salary Range
N250,000 – N300,000 / month
