Junior Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities
Support the design of graphics for social media, reports, presentations, flyers, and campaigns.Assist in maintaining visual consistency in line with the foundation’s brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the Communications team on campaign visuals and programme storytelling.
Edit and adapt existing designs for various platforms and formats.
Support basic photo editing and layout design tasks.
Manage design files and maintain an organised digital asset library.
Assist with event branding and production of visual materials.
Required Qualifications and Skills
A Degree, Diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
2 - 3 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles.
Experience designing for digital platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
Basic understanding of branding and visual communication.
Creativity with attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and accept feedback constructively.
Creative, eager to learn, reliable, receptive to guidance, and aligned with the Foundation’s values.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
