Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilties
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. •
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Lead initiatives in training, development, and employee engagement.
Monitor HR metrics, including turnover, performance, and workforce planning.
Support management in building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in events, media, or production industry.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N350,000 - 400,000 per month.
