Marketer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
The Marketer will be responsible for promoting the Cooperative’s products and services, onboarding MSMEs, driving membership growth, and increasing loan/savings participation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard MSMEs into the Cooperative scheme
Promote cooperative savings, loan products, and empowerment initiatives
Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow membership
Build and maintain relationships with small business owners
Conduct field marketing and community engagement activities
Meet monthly membership and revenue targets
Provide regular reports on marketing performance.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years marketing experience (experience in cooperative, microfinance, or MSME engagement is an advantage)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Good knowledge of the Ikeja business environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
