Social Media Specialist
Location: Awoyaya, Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand goals and audience needs
Create engaging, on-brand content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement
Track performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
Build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners when relevant
Requirements
A strong understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform
A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into scroll‑stopping content
Experience using analytics tools to measure and optimise performance
Excellent writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly
A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with paid social campaigns
Basic design or video editing skills
Familiarity with social listening tools
Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
