Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Develop HR policies and staff training programs.
Handle employee records, attendance, and benefits administration.
Maintain positive employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Experience in hotel/retail/service sector HR.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Base Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
