Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive & CRM Officer to manage our online presence and customer engagement strategies.
This professional will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, managing customer databases, and optimizing communication to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging content (text, image, video) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent branding
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
CRM Management:
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM system)
Segment audiences for targeted campaigns and communications
Design and execute email marketing campaigns and customer journeys
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve engagement and retention
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Generate reports on CRM performance and customer insights
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in social media management and CRM systems
Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in paid social media advertising
Knowledge of digital marketing principles
Familiarity with customer lifecycle and retention strategies
Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
