Job Description
We are seeking courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our hospitality team and deliver exceptional dining and guest service.
The Wait Staff will be responsible for attending to guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with the resort’s hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and present menus
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well arranged
Respond politely to guest inquiries and requests
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Comply with hygiene, safety, and service standards
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Neat appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
