Job Summary
A luxurious hair salon in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a creative and proactive Content Specialist to drive brand visibility and awareness through engaging digital content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing social media platforms, and producing engaging video content that reflects the salon’s luxury brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality content (photos, videos, captions) for the salon’s social media platforms
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute content strategies to improve brand visibility and audience engagement
- Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok videos, stories)
- Cover in-salon activities, client transformations, promotions, and events
- Ensure content aligns with the salon’s luxury brand identity and marketing goals
- Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas to boost engagement
- Respond to comments and messages professionally and in a timely manner (if required)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of Bsc/HND
- Proven experience as a Content Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Ability to work on-site and capture real-time content
- Creative, detail-oriented, and brand-conscious
- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry is an added advantage
