Business Development Manager

Job Summary
The Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement business development strategies.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Prepare and present business proposals and pitches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
Track and report on business development activities and results.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years’ experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
