Job Summary
A reputable hospital is seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate medication use for patients.
Responsibilities
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
Review prescriptions for accuracy and drug interactions
Provide professional counseling to patients on medication use
Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies
Manage inventory and maintain proper storage of drugs
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate patient medication records.
Requirements
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D
Valid practicing license
Minimum of 5 years hospital experience preferred
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
