Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
The role oversees the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation administration, and compliance with labor laws.
The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to management and ensures the organization maintains a productive, compliant, and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
trategic HR Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Lead culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
Develop job descriptions and workforce plans.
Manage onboarding and probation processes.
Performance Management:
Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
Monitor KPIs and support departmental performance improvement.
Guide managers on feedback and disciplinary processes.
Learning & Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Develop succession planning and talent development strategies.
Employee Relations:
Handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
Promote a positive workplace culture.
Compensation & Benefits;
Oversee payroll coordination and salary structures.
Review compensation policies and benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking where necessary.
Compliance & HR Administration:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
5-10 years HR experience (or as required).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
