Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, increase brand visibility, and drive measurable engagement and sales through social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies.
Create and manage monthly content calendars.
Supervise content creation (graphics, videos, copy).
Manage company pages across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and provide monthly performance reports.
Run paid ads and optimize campaigns for conversions.
Engage with online community and respond to inquiries professionally.
Stay updated on digital trends and algorithm changes.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
2–4 years experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Leadership and team coordination ability.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
