As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate should be responsible for overseeing and scaling the day-to-day operations of our HR consulting and recruitment business.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in HR Consulting, recruitment, and strategic management, with a proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, drive operational efficiency, and deliver revenue growth and profitability.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in Strategic Leadership role.
Professional HR certification is mandatory.
