Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, compliant, and timely production of pharmaceutical products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring strict adherence to GMP and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
Ensure full compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Lead and supervise production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Engineering departments
Monitor production performance, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions
Optimize resource utilization, reduce downtime, and improve production efficiency
Ensure proper documentation, batch record review, and data integrity
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory visits
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with supervisory or managerial exposure
Strong knowledge of GMP, production processes, and regulatory compliance
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and leadership ability
High attention to detail and quality orientation
Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines.
