Position: Warehouse Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Abuja
Salary: N180,000-N250,000/month
Job Description:
Warehouse Operations:
Strategically manage warehouse operations in line with company policies and objectives.
Supervise receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance activities.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations.
Maintain standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security.
Stock & Staff Management:
Monitor stock control and reconcile with data systems.
Prepare annual budgets for warehouse operations.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport partners.
Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff.
Reporting & Quality Control:
Generate regular reports and statistics (e.g., stock in/out, dead stock).
Collect feedback and monitor service quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager.
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
Experience implementing process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of warehouse KPIs and metrics.
Proficiency with warehouse management software and databases.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
