A distinguished high-profile household in Lagos is seeking an exceptional Live-In Registered Nurse with strong maternity and pediatric expertise to provide world-class care for a newborn baby within a private home environment.
This role is suited for a nurse who combines clinical excellence with warmth, discretion, and a strong service mindset, and who is comfortable working within a premium household setting.
The Professional We Are Looking For
You are calm, highly skilled, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about newborn care. You understand that beyond clinical knowledge, attitude, professionalism, and service delivery are just as important.
You have proven hands-on experience caring for newborns and ideally have worked in private home care, maternity hospitals, or neonatal units.
Your Core Responsibilities
Provide expert newborn and infant nursing care
Monitor feeding, sleep cycles, vitals, and developmental progress
Support breastfeeding and/or formula feeding routines
Maintain detailed care and health reports
Assist with bathing, cord care, and hygiene routines
Observe and promptly escalate any medical concerns
Liaise with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals
Support parents with best-practice newborn care guidance
Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
Professional Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) – Valid License
Strong experience in Maternity, Neonatal, or Pediatric Care
Minimum of 5+ years newborn hands-on experience
Experience in Private Home Care or Premium Hospital Setting (Highly Preferred)
