Role Overview
We require a skilled Videographer for our partner firm with strong technical and creative expertise in shooting and editing premium real estate projects.
This is a hands-on role requiring on-site shooting across development locations.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot high-quality property tours, site progress updates, and promotional videos
Capture drone footage where necessary (drone experience is an advantage)
Edit videos for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align visual storytelling with business goals
Ensure brand consistency and premium visual standards
Requirements
3–5 years professional videography experience
Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or architectural projects
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar tools
Experience with lighting, framing, and property presentation techniques
Can operate a deone
Must reside within or close to Ikota/Lekki axis
Preferred:
Photography skills
Motion graphics capability
Ability to deliver fast turnaround without compromising quality.
Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 / month.
