Job Summary
- The organization is currently seeking an extremely competent, proactive, organized, and genuinely helpful sales and marketing staff.
- This role requires a marketing expert with strong sales acumen and proven experience in the travel sector.
- The ideal candidate must be exceptionally skilled in social media management and digital campaigns, specifically tailored to the travel and tourism industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness and engage potential travelers.
- Create compelling visual and written content showcasing travel destinations, visa tips, and promotional offers.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the Travel Consultants to align marketing campaigns with current service offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing social media accounts for a business.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and content creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- IATA certification or familiarity with GDS platforms is an added advantage (to understand the products being sold).
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
