Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent management.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee welfare.
- Drive learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports.
- Provide strategic HR advice to management and support organisational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Have experience in Chemical production company
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information.
Salary
N500,000 per month.
