Ticketing Officer

About the role
- We are seeking a professional and experienced Ticketing Officer.
Responsibilities
- Handle ticketing, bookings, re-issuance, re-routing, and refunds for local and international travel.
- Use GDS platforms to issue tickets and manage reservations.
- Advise clients on fares, schedules, travel requirements, and applicable policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct daily sales reconciliation and prepare accurate reports.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or HND
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Ticketing Officer in a travel agency.
- Proficiency in GDS — Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is COMPULSORY.
- Strong knowledge of airline policies and IATA rules.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
- Must reside around Falomo, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Obalende, or be able to commute with ease.
Salary
N175,000 - N200,000 monthly.
