Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance / Operations professional to support financial and operational activities across the Group's farm, quarry, and shopping mall operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, operational performance monitoring, and providing financial insights to support effective business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor financial and operational activities across assigned business units.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management accounts.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, operational costs, and cash flow.
- Monitor budgets.
- Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions.
- Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with business units to ensure effective financial and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and applicable regulations.
- Support audits and provide required financial records and schedules.
- Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for the Group Financial Controller.
- Identify financial and operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
- Must have completed ICAN Professional Level.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Experience managing financial and operational activities across multiple business units is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Gross Monthly.
