Job Purpose

• Prepare high-quality meals according to standard recipes, ensuring kitchen efficiency, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Wash, chop, season, and prepare ingredients according to menu specifications.
• Cooking: Operate kitchen equipment safely to grill, bake, fry, or sauté dishes to order.
• Quality Control: Ensure proper portioning, taste, plate presentation, and temperature standards.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean workspace, properly store food items, and enforce HACCP hygiene rules.
• Inventory & Restocking: Track kitchen stock, label ingredients with prep dates, and notify management of shortages.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–2+ years of cooking experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
