Job Summary
- BrowseCareersThe Relationship Officer will be responsible for sourcing new customers, disbursement of collatarized loan, marketing the Bank's loan products, conducting credit assessments, monitoring loan portfolios, and ensuring timely loan repayments.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong marketing skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote the Bank's loan products and services.
- Source and onboard new collatarized loan customers.
- Conduct customer visits, business appraisals, and credit investigations.
- Analyze customers' repayment capacity and recommend suitable loan facilities.
- Prepare and process loan applications in line with the Bank's policies.
- Monitor disbursed loans and ensure prompt repayment.
- Maintain quality loan portfolios and minimize delinquency rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned business development and portfolio growth targets.
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing and loan activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Previous experience in loan marketing, sales, microfinance banking, or related financial services will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good analytical and credit assessment skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 monthly.
