Job Summary
- Drive sales growth, revenue, collections and customer retention for solar-powered refrigeration and cooling solutions.
- Lead the sales team, develop new business and ensure strong overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market, customer and competitor analysis.
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team against KPIs.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and relationship management.
- Oversee collections and receivables to improve cash flow.
- Monitor sales, revenue and collections performance and prepare reports.
- Manage key client relationships and conduct client visits.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing and Product teams.
- Ensure compliance and manage commercial and collections risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related fields
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development or commercial management.
- B2B sales experience, preferably in solar energy, refrigeration, consumer electronics, appliances or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing collections.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and relationship-management skills.
- Data-driven, hands-on and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Salary
N185,000 – N200,000 monthly Gross.
