HR Lead
Location: Omole Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Onsite presence required at least 3 - 4 days weekly
Job Summary
- We are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on HR Lead to manage its people function and support the business as it continues to grow.
- We are looking for someone who can effectively manage the full employee lifecycle, strengthen HR processes, support managers, drive employee engagement and culture, and ensure smooth day-to-day people operations.
What we’re looking for
- Solid generalist HR experience with the ability to independently manage the HR function
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations and HR operations
- Good understanding of Nigerian labour practices
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Practical, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the media, creative or entertainment industry would be an advantage
Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 monthly
